Next Illustrator’s Critique Group:
"Illustrators are invited to an illustration critique group meetings in the summer on Saturday, June 13th and July 11th in room 106 at Hahn School of Nursing from noon to 3:00pm. Bring copies of two different kinds of your artwork. We will choose two people to get feedback their artwork from the group and bring your hope cards if you like to participate."

Welcome to the San Diego Chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators is an international organization serving writers and illustrators of children’s literature, including books, magazines, educational material, plays, electronic media and film. SCBWI facilitates networking and information exchange amongst writers, illustrators, editors, publishers, literary agents, librarians, educators, booksellers and others involved with literature for young people.
With over 19,000 members worldwide in over 70 regions, SCBWI provides its members with a wealth of resources, including:

Membership in the international organization includes membership in local and regional chapters. In other words, if you join SCBWI you are automatically a member of the San Diego Chapter, or if San Diego is not convenient for you, please see www.scbwi.org for other chapter locations.
